Facilities are for the use of Toti's customers only.
Check-in is 2:00 PM until 8 PM.
Everyone must check in upon arrival.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during season.
All cottages are equipped with: stove, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cooking pots, pans, and utensils. All cottages have a shower, toilet, and gas heater. Each cottage has a screened porch, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM. Boats, motors, and dock are not included in the cottage price. Gas and oil are sold on the premises. Screened fish cleaning house for use of all guests. ABSOLUTELY NO CLEANING OF FISH IN THE COTTAGES. We are conveniently located to shopping, churches, attractions, bait, licenses, and restaurants.
